Some of our friends went beck to their home so we are looking for some nice and friendly guyz for the master room which is AVAILABLE RIGHT NOW. House was renovated recently. Located in the heart of beautiful neighbourhood PUNCHBOWL.
10 mins walk to Punchbowl station. Half hour train to city.
4 friendly guyz are already living in the house right now. Everyone is in 20-25 years so you cant get board :) (We are not party people, almost all of us work and study).
Huge backyard with plenty of space.
Rules are quite simple for this house. Everything is shared equally in all of the house mates including rent of the whole house which is why it is stated as a variable amount. Apart from that, electricity, internet, gas, water and grocery bills are divided equally.
We live as a team and care for each other. If you are a tidy, friendly and coperate person, we need you. Meet with us and decide yourself.
Room is avaiable immediately so it might be occupied as soon as we find reasonable guyz so hurry up.
